Well well well, where do I even begin with this lovely pair?! Expect lots of dancing, laughter and tears!

Before the wedding

I personally make the decision to limit my bookings each year and often close my diary early because I like to truly connect with my couples on their wedding day and give them the personal service that they deserve. Fran and Andy reached out to me late last year and very kindly decided to book me! As we got chatting about all things wedding, I learnt so much more about this lovely couple. Turns out that me and Fran went to the same university! We actually spent more time chatting about Bangor, and how it hasn’t changed in the slightest, more so than we did about the actual wedding!

For this (not so) little family, it was pretty clear to me that family does mean absolutely everything to this lot. As Fran and Andy have 5 kids between them - 4 girls and an 11 year old boy called Rowan. On top of this they decided to plan a wedding too!! They’ve definitely got their hands full that’s for sure!

Morning Preparations

Their big day was here in no time! On the morning of the wedding, I spent some time with Andy whilst he was getting ready (because we all know the lads don’t take as long!), before heading over to meet Fran at the Village Hall Hotel. The groom preparations were like no other that I had experienced - I think the bride to be was a lot calmer than Andy was, which almost never happens! It consisted of the groom’s mum having her outfit sewn up last minute, losing the cufflinks and faffing with the buttonholes! Meanwhile, Rowan was much calmer than his dad - suited and booted, playing fortnite in the other room!

The Wedding!

Over the years, Fran & Andy have done lots of travelling and been on many family holidays too, and so they wanted to incorporate that into their day. Their table plans were of all the places that they had travelled together and also Brittany, where they going next for their honeymoon too! Check out the pictures below to see what I mean!
