So last month I had the absolute pleasure of heading over to Mold and capturing the day of the lovely Kayleigh & Stephen. I always seem to have some kind of crazy story behind my bookings, as when I got the enquiry from Kayleigh, I was actually stranded at a train station I’d never heard of, it was heavy snow in the middle of nowhere after I’d been to a concert with an old friend! It’s safe to say that this enquiry made my night!

On the morning of their wedding day, Kayleigh was getting ready at her mums beautiful home in Hawarden. The morning was filled with so much genuine happiness and love, oh and food! I was lucky enough to be offered some nibbles whilst everyone was getting ready! Even her dad decided to make a peanut butter sandwich too…

Little did Kayleigh know that her mum had actually organised a surprise for her to be picked up and taken to the ceremony in an absolutely stunning green Morgan. We loved the Audrey Hepburn look she was going for so Kayleigh didn’t ruin her hair on route to the ceremony!

Speaking of the ceremony, their wedding was to take place in the lovely Llwynegrin Hall in Mold and then on to the Vivaldi Suite just off of the A55! And what a beautiful day it was, nothing was too much, the sun was shining and I felt so welcomed by each and every guest. I was blown away by how laid back Kayleigh & Stephen were, they were down for anything, even with me attempting some crazy angles! You could just tell these guys were meant to be together.

The Photobooth they hired certainly made for some antics to say the least… But my favourite part was the grandma who was so determined to get out of her wheelchair to join in during the Photobooth (Pictured below!).
